3.Choose preffered date and time for enrollment meeting.(Appointments are EST.)

4.Input your name and telephone number.

4.Input your name and telephone number. For Call Center Enrollments this phone number is where a benefit counselor will reach you during your desired time. 

5.Please make sure to have the following information available at your scheduled telephonic appointment time:

*Names,dates of births and social security number of ALL dependents that are going to be covered on ANY of the benefits

All benefit eligible employees must meet with an Explain My Benefits counselor whether you are electing benefits, keeping benefits the same, making changes, or waiving all benefits, in order to confirm your choices.

 Options to Enroll in your 2016
Open Enrollment Benefits

1. Self Service Enrollment – Enroll in your benefits online using any computer with internet access. Click on the Blue button below. You will be redirected to your online enrollment portal, follow the instructions to login and proceed with your benefit elections for the new plan year.

**The first time you log in to your benefit system, you will be required to change your username and password.

2. Call Center Support – Employees may speak with a benefit counselor from Explain My Benefits via the Call Center for any Trustmark questions or to enroll in the Accident or Universal Life Insurance.
