What is a Benefit Enrollment Session?

  • Employees will schedule a time to speak  with a benefits counselor via the EMB Call Center.
  • Benefit Counselors are trained on all benefits offered through TNAA.
  • Sessions are time slotted for 30 minutes and most will last between 10 and 30 minutes.
  • Employees will confirm all their personal information to be sent to carriers are set up correctly in the enrollment system.
  • Employees will make their benefit elections with the benefits counselor during their session.
  • You will be introduced to the Benefits Mobile App.

Voluntary Benefits are designed to provide additional cash flow to assist with out of pocket medical cost and other bills based on individual concerns and needs.

  • Ownership - Policies are fully portable and belong to you if you leave your employer
  • Benefits are paid directly to you, not to a hospital or to a doctor
  • Benefits are completely seperate from medical insurance, and paid regardless of other coverage.
  • Special Underwriting - (Guaranteed Acceptance) Health questions WAIVED on all plans! During your initial enrollment only!
