Enrollment Options

Call Center New Hire Enrollment:

Benefit Counselor assisted enrollments are available through the EMB Call Center. Click the button below to schedule your telephonic enrollment meeting.

Appointments are available every Tuesday – Friday of each week between 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.

Qualified High Deductible Health Plan Overview:   

You also have the option to set up a Health Savings Account (HSA). We strongly encourage you to set aside some money each pay period to put into your Health Savings Account. 

An HSA is a savings account you can use to pay for certain medical costs. HSAs have many benefits:

  • The money you put in your HSA account is pre-tax and tax deductible.
  • You don’t pay taxes on withdrawals when paying for qualified medical expenses.
  • YOUR HSA balance can be carried over year after year.
  • You own the savings account and decide when to use funds in it to pay for qualified medical expenses!
  • The School District of Clayton will make a contribution to your Health Savings Account.   

2024 Annual Contribution to Your HSA:  

  • $1,500 Any Coverage Tier
  • $125.00 per month

Voluntary Benefits

Voluntary Benefits are designed to provide additional cash flow to assist with out of pocket medical costs and other bills based on individual concerns and needs.

Trustmark Accident Insurance

Offsets the cost of unexpected expenses that result from accidents that occur everyday. It also features a Wellness Benefit payable every year while coverage is in force.

Provides immediate financial relief from overwhelming expenses of a serious illness. It pays a lump-sum cash benefit when you are diagnosed with a covered illness easing your financial worries.

Provides protection for you and your loved ones in the event of untimely death and while you are living too, if you need home health care, assisted living, or nursing care. This benefit has a Guaranteed Rate till age 100.
